Probably the most interesting out of the Shitennou/Shenshi pairings, Mercury and Zoisite.

Zoisite is such a narcissistic drama queen in the series, so I could see their relationship as a "You so totally love me!" "OMG no I don't!" thing. Notice that Ami is holding her book upside down. :XD:

... question, isn't Zoi a girl? Not that i mind, but i think that one of the generals was indeed a female.... the one that was with the white haired guy.

Zoisite was a male in the original anime and manga. But he was gay so when they dubbed the series into English they gave him a woman's voice.
