Stressed out to the Max!!!!I'm sorry guys if I have not been receptive for the pass week or so. I've been dealing with a lot things. I just figured instead of sugar coating it I just want to vent this out. I'm hoping this will make me a little better.
1) I'm dealing with a lot terminally ill family members. All of them really close to me, and all three of time at the same time.  They are dealing with Lung Cancer, and Dementia.....its just ...too much. Just trying to juggle everything is draing me a large amount.
2) As you know, I've working a lot lately. I've trying to make up some time for some of the days I lost. So for those who keep contact with me on Skype can understand this. I've been sick with Hay Fever and such.  Also a lot students are coming in for finals. Oi this is going to be a lot.
3) I'm graduating very soon. So that means lots and lots of paperwork. I do not have tests * Which is great* However, I have a lot of essays to right. Also finals are drawing near, so longer papers in the near future.

Yeah, I would have said it sooner had the internet not gone out all day... and also while writing the first draft of this.
Technachly it was the 15th, which is now yesterday over here, so YAAAY! I had a good birthday!
The cake was yummy, Nora's gift was just amazing (she wound up getting me a 14 karat silver ring with my birthstone!)
Everyone had fun, I got to take a shot of any wine in the house if I won the poker game... and the drink I chose was okay, but I'll probably stick with other kinds when I'm legally able to drink next year. So yeah, I won, but barley. My aunt man... she's good.

Help me rename my universe!I've never been able to decide on a name for My space shooter universe, currently referred to as "Tale of Two Planets." http://hybridmink.deviantart.com/gallery/26898905
As the name implies, the story revolves around the circumstances between 2 planets. A lone pilot is caught between the home planet that abandoned him and a resistance that needs him. The ship he flies is a "hybrid" of old and new technology and it has a giant battering ram attached to it. I considered calling the ship itself "Hybrid," but the term is so overused everywhere that I can't bring myself to do it.
The gameplay is an amalgamation of multiple shoot-em-up (or shmup) games with vertical, horizontal, and 3D-on-rails (like Starfox) controls. It also takes inspiration from Einhander and Ikaruga's style of storytelling. Most importantly of all, a good shmup is almost always one word. Currently I'm thinking "Insurrection" might be good, but it doesn't cover the nature of the conflict or the ship. If you have any idea

Got some bad news again...I fractured & dislocated my left collar bone while trying to cycle again yesterday...
I got it snapped back into position...but my neck is all swollen...and my pain is legendary....
Now I got wear an arm-sling for a few days until I can move it again.
After getting an X-Ray and CT scan today, it was determined that my vitals are safe...thank God!
It's pretty embarrassing to have to be holding up my left breast to help alleviate some of the pain in my shoulders...
but at this point I rly don't care abt appearances anymore...
err anyways...now that this is posted...visitors will know that I won't be doing any artwork for a while until my arm's healed.
And yeah...I'm pretty much depressed about it now...

so, um, just... thanksim always a bit surprised when i get tons of comments and favs on my deviations, still feel like a nobody who cant draw i guess xD anyway ive noticed something: more and moer people have dedicated an entire folder among their favs to my work. i have to say that makes me giggly like a silly school girl xD its very flattering and i just wanted to say thanks to those people, but also a huge thanks to anyone who comments and faves, youre all wonderful and i dont know what you see in me and my creations haha.

Feeling Blessed. :)I think I really needed my birthday to come. I needed a good day. :)
I sold cookies in the morning and froze my ass off a bit, but I kept a positive attitude about it. And it didn't go by as slow as cookie selling normally does. T'was good, t'was good.
Then I went shopping with my Mom and I did spend all of the money I had, except my concert money for this Thursday (THIS thursday! Fksfjskf). It was sad, but getting a new batch of clothes I feel awesome in is always a good thing, no matter the price. And for the amount of money I spent, the amount of clothes I ended up with was pretty good too.
Then I had my awesome friends over and that's when I really enjoyed myself. We hung out, played Beatles Rock Band and watched Harry Potter. The only troubling part was the fact that two of my friends out of the group didn't show. One had an excuse, and I'm fine with that, but the other one told me he was coming, then just didn't show up. We all messaged him and everything. Nothing. So kinda rude,

Schrodingers legThe one-shots are done (gallery here http://callmepo.deviantart.com/gallery/42645195) and I am back to painting this gift for a friend.
Still got a few things to do before I open up for commissions (which should be soon) as well as deal with my new paradigm...
Everyone has heard of Schrodingers cat - a cat in a box which is considered both alive AND dead until you actually check - I have a sort of Schrodinger's Leg!
While I was housesitting I kept on running into the sharp edge of my friend's bed and about 2 weeks ago I hit it so hard and at a corner that it got gashed pretty bad.
Took a day before it stopped bleeding since it was the shin and the tissue is always in tension so the wound kept on opening up - stupid me did not go and get stitches right away.
The good news is that I was able to go to a clinic Monday and get it assessed but by that time it was already a little infected. Now I am on antibiotics and applying fucidin ointment and fresh dressing 3 times a day to help it get b
TO OUR DA PEEPS:icontso1: Okay. Finally! I've caught up on commissions and quick draws and now I have free time...
Unfortunately, I don't know how to go about saying it, but I'll be blunt.
I am done with artwork- going to be for a looooonnng while, with work and other matters I must attend.
So... This is farewell. ;~; Sticky will still be here, and I will check on from time to time. But no mo' arts. I will leave my gallery intact, for you all to gander.

And I haven't been active a lot lately~ Well, that's because I just got an AWESOME NEW JOB IN A JAPANESE COMPANY !
I'm so freakin' happy !
For all the times I've been told it wasn't possible, for all the people who didn't believe I couldn't make a living as an artist, that not going to college would spoil my future, and that I should become a medic or a layer. F**k this, I managed by myself the best suitting job I could find : Drawing for a Japanese language teaching company. Everything I love all at once. I don't know how long it will last, or if I'll ever have a visa out of it, but for now, I have my first assingment confirmed, and a contract coming my way.
Never listen to people who tell you it's not possible, fight everyday toward your dream. Work as hard as you can, don't be a lazy ass, tho :p The sacrifices are big, sometimes you can get desperate, but if you truly want something, the results are worth it. Don't be scared to send your sil
Rough Week and OC BashingRough Week
As most of you already know, I haven't been very active this week on dA or FB because I've been unwell, (second time this month OTL), I'm not too sure what it is that's making me ill, but I'm assuming that's one of a couple of things; a head cold, common cold or a throat infection, I'm not completely better yet, but I'm getting there.
I didn't go to the doctors because I'm lazy, so it's taking a little longer for my immune system to fight off the infection.
Damn my crappy immune system! :shakefist:

I'm so sorry this took me forever!! So here it is, my sketchbook filled with 32 pages of art and drawings from my comic When Curiosity Met Insanity! Now to be clear, this book is NOT the actual comic! It's just artwork of Alice and Reginald being all cutesy for the most part. Some are pieces I've put up here on deviantArt and some are pieces that I've never posted before. A book preview is available on the site. Just in time for Christmas! =D

Damn the preview button for the 7 pages is not working and I will really love to see what's in store. Plus I want to know what is it rated , just to make sure there's nothing a little way pass risqué (just in case somebody else has to get the package for me when it arrives home and I'm at work). Now that I can pay online I will love to make plans to buy it at some point in the future since I really love your Version of Alice and consider her to be the Official grown up appearance of her since she still has the Disney design to her.

I just found my best friend's christmas gift! We are both huge Alice in Wonderland fans and have a thing for cutesy Alice and Reginald. I never thought something so perfect would ever exist :heart:
